So you are now on the hunt for someone to create pretty floral arrangements to accentuate your upcoming nuptials.
Maybe you have been endlessly searching ‘Pinterest’ to craft your dream board, or maybe you simply don’t know where to start but want to add the wow factor to your big day?
At The Secret Flower Lounge my first priority is to get to know all about you. It’s really important that your flowers reflect your style; after all they will be in your treasured wedding photographs for years to come!
I will take the time to listen, learning about the colours, textures and scents that you love, and together we will brainstorm, interpreting your ideas to ensure that your bespoke wedding blooms are nothing short of perfect!
I will personally work with you throughout, giving you piece of mind that everything is being taken care of so you can enjoy your floral experience from the initial consultation right up to the big day!

Initial Consultation
The purpose of the initial consultation is not only for me to get to know all about you and your wedding, but it is also just as important that you get to know me too.
You will have my undivided attention so that I can learn all about your likes, dislikes, ideas and inspiration. I will encourage you to bring along as many ideas as you would like, from magazine cuttings to ‘Pinterest’ boards on your I-pad, or it might even help to bring someone along with you. I will combine your thoughts and ideas and apply my imagination and creative flair in order to build your sensational wedding day blooms.
Quotation and booking
After the initial consultation, I will have a good idea of what you’re looking for. I’ll provide you with an itemised quotation (usually by email) detailing everything that we discussed. If you then decide that you’re happy, and wish to secure your wedding date in my diary, I will require a non-refundable deposit of £150 (this amount will be deducted from the final bill).
One month before your special day
You’re nearly there and the big day is around the corner! Let’s start the celebrations early! Over a glass of bubbly we will fine-tune and finalise the intimate details to ensure that you are 100% happy. The final bill will be required no later than two weeks prior to your wedding date to allow me to order your beautiful wedding flowers.
On your special day
You can relax and enjoy getting ready with your bridesmaids knowing that everything is being taken care of. I will work my magic ensuring that your wedding flowers are picture perfect at your chosen venue. I will also deliver the bouquets and buttonholes to your desired location(s). You can rest assured that I will be there every step of the way to ensure that your wedding is in full bloom!
